Are you able to do installations outside of Jamaica?

Yes we are able to conduct installations through out Caricom in the Caribbean and are also strategically linked to various service providers through out the USA and South America.

Do you charge for site inspections?

A.

Site inspections are billable however if we are selected to do your installation then this payment is refunded or credited to your installation cost.

Do you provide any warranties on your equipment that you provide?

A.

Yes we do, as authorized resellers for all equipment that we carry we honor all manufacturers’ warranties.

Do you provide services 24hrs per day ?

A.

Unfortunately at this time no we do not. All services are conducted during regular business hours.

Do you provide services outside of Montego Bay?

A.

Yes we provide all our services island wide.
